Luigi Boschin is a successful entrepreneur with a track record of building multimillion businesses in a variety of industries. For the past three years, Mr. Boschin has worked at NIVPAT with co-founder Alessandro Prest to commercialize a revolutionary pattern recognition technology developed in conjunction with the prestigious Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH). The patented NIVPAT technology allows the non-invasive identification and validation of any pattern (“Identifier”) on virtually any object (garment, vehicle, accessory, billboard, etc.) using a smartphone (or any connected imaging device). From 2005 to 2008, Mr. Boschin developed business opportunities for the Shanghai, China province in Europe. He also represented the town of Tong-Li, west of Shanghai, and hosted a Chinese radio show teaching entrepreneurship on a national radio show with over 800 million listeners. From 2001 to 2005, Mr. Boschin started Olitel SA Real Estate Holdings, based in Switzerland, with projects in Switzerland, USA and Italy and also acted as an angel investor for tech companies via his New York Atlantic Investment Fund. From 1994 to 2001 Mr. Boschin was VP Business Development  at Olivetti ICS, contract manufacturer of electronics. He helped grow Olivetti ICS sales from $16 Million into $2 billion, turning it into the leading electronics contract manufacturer in Europe. Clients included Ericsson, Siemens, Alcatel, Mercedes Benz, Ford and Fiat. He left when in 2001 Finmek ICS holding company was partially acquired by the Generali Insurance Group. From 1982 to 1994, Mr. Boschin was at Planmeca Oy of Helsinki, Finland. He established the Italian and Far East markets for medical x-ray and dental equipment, starting from scratch and building them into multimillion dollar markets. From 1976 to 1982 he was Branch Manager at Unident Ltd. In Ontario, Canada, where he started the branch from scratch and helped grow Unident Ontario into a multimillion dollar retail dental and medical supplies business. Mr. Boschin attended New York University from 1974-75. Born in Italy, Mr. Boschin has been married for 36 years with two children. He is a Canadian citizen since 1981, and has a Canadian commercial pilot license B727 rated.
